How do six-month and yearly billing work?
Six-month plans are collected twice per year, and yearly prices, when present, come directly from the plans API. Review the plan total, payment method, and commercial terms with sales.
How is my data stored and isolated?
Clinic data is separated through PostgreSQL schema-level tenant isolation rather than a shared tenant_id column. Access controls, audit logging, encryption, and backups add further safeguards.
Which payment methods do you support?
Cash and configured payment methods can be recorded in the product. Gateway and provider availability varies by market and rollout; confirm any required integration before purchase.
What does onboarding look like?
